After a 16- year career in Employee Engagement, Communications and Recognition at Qualcomm, she led successful Awardco implementations at both Okta and DocuSign. With hands-on experience with Awardco and several other recognition platforms, Laura’s breadth of perspective helps clients make informed decisions and avoid common pitfalls.
